Dear Mr. Crawford:
You are hereby given Notice to Proceed on all utility work as
specified in the contract documents for the above subject
project. You were given one fully executed bound set of contract
documents for your file, and one copy for your surety at the
Preconstruction Conference for the project held earlier today.
Please check with Mr. Larry Davis at the City of Coppell to make
sure you have satisfied the City's permit requirements prior to
placing utilities on site.
The calendar day contract time will begin today. In accordance
with the agreement, the construction period will be 45 calendar
days and work should be substantially complete no later than
September 29, 1989.
