Dear Russell:
Per your request, I am writing this letter to provide additional Information regarding Gabe Favre's letter
to you dated August 3, 1989.
Item number 13 deals with inlet capacIties. The attached chart is from the City of Piano's drainage
design manual and was the basis of our capacity calculations.
Item number 15 deals with off-site water coming from the south. The topography is very fist in this ama,
and the drainage pattem is difficult to ascertain. However, the capacity of the alley and Inlet draining
this area is considerably greater than the discharge we have shown. I am therefore comfortable that our
design is conservative enough to handle any additional runoff finding its way to the alley.
Item number 29 recommends coordination with the M.U.D. The M.U.D. has been kept abreast of this
project from the start.
