I have met with Gabe and John regarding the enclosed comment letter. My reactions are as follows:
Item No. I will probably become a moot point as Council considers changing the future right-of-
*~u/way for Freeport Parkway. We propose that this item be resolved by a letter from the Owner
agreeing to dedicate if the alignment does not move.
~. I~Eem No. 4 has been addressed already by the Owners agreement to file notification of floodway
/~restrictions simultaneous to Conveyance of affected lots. ·
Item Nos. 2,3, 1¥, ~a~n~ave already been resolved by the appropriate action.
Item Nos. 5, 8, 9, 10, 19~2d.'an~ .i~.~p-ql-]~ a~i]¥ressed.by us at this time to a degree which I
believe will satisfy the con~rn~e)~3~ed.

Item Nos. 7, 13, 14, 2~, 23' and 28 nave been discussed at length and are in my opinion
