Dear Mr. Young:
Dallas County was informed by the City of Coppell on Monday, September 22, 1997, that the City of
Coppell desires to stop work on an intersection improvement in CMAQ Project No. 10.
Consequently, you are directed to stop all Services being performed in connection with the intersection
of Denton Tap (Beltline) at Wrangler (Cowboy) as identified in the Dallas County Consulting Engineers
Contract executed June 4, 1996, for CMAQ Project No. 10, effective the close of business September 23,
1997.
You are directed to identify the amount of the Contract' s Total Maximum Fee associated with the
remaining design effort for the subject intersection, as well as the total effort expended at this
intersection to date. Please identify any fee adjustments as a result of this change in scope as it relates to
affected tasks listed on your latest Design Progress Report. Project Schedule modifications should also
be identified, if required. A written proposal must be submitted to the CMAQ PM/E for review within 5
working days.

Dear Ivan:
The City of Coppell requests Unzicker, Schnurbusch & Associates, Inc. to terminate the design
work at the intersection of Beltline Road and Wrangler Drive. Please provide us the mount of
federal dollars left available so that it can be allocated to the other intersections included in
Project 10.
The northwest comer of the intersection is being developed and the improvement will be
constructed as part of the replatting process.
