Our client is currently preforming excavation activities at the above referenced
project. These activities are in conformance with paving and grading plans which
have been submitted to and reviewed by the City and its consultants. We under-
stand that these plans have not yet received formal approval for construction and
until such approval is obtained, the grades are subject to change.
