APPLICANT: Centex Real Estate Corporation SUMMARY: Applicant requests approval of a final plat with the following variances: 1) 2) 3) Deletion of alleys. To allow an open ditch along Coppell Road until said road is improved. Maximum street grade to be 8%. (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance, Appendix A, allows 5% maximum).
