RE: River Ridge Subdivision release of lots
Date: May 17, 1995
On March 31, 1995 the City requested that a hold be placed on all lots in River Ridge
Subdivision. The following week Ken Griffin verbally notified you of the release of the lots for
permits. Today I received a telephone call from a Huntington Homes builder stating that a hold
was still in affect on these lots.
This memo is to inform you that a solution has been reached and there is no longer any reason
to withhold permits on any lots in the River Ridge Subdivision.
