Griffin The City of Coppell Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: River Ridge Addition Landscaping in Common Areas #2,#3 &#4 Dear Ken, This letter will serve to confirm what was agreed to yesterday in our meeting on the above referenced project. This work will be permitted and inspected by the Engineering Department of the City of Coppell. The required Construction Development Permit Application a~d 2% fee are attached to this letter. Weather permitting, CCM Engineering is going to stake the 5" X 100' common areas at the ends of the cul-de- sacs in River Ridge today. Once this is completed and weather permits, Travis Landscaping is going to build retaining walls where needed to create a planting area as shown on the original landscape plans submitted to and approved by the City of Coppell. Once this is completed, Travis Landscaping will remove the existing landscaping and sprinkler system currently located in the City right-of-way and place it per the plans in the designated common areas. It is also agreed that it will be the responsibility and expense of the Developer to extend the existing sidewalk along Riverchase Drive to the right-of-way of Sandy Lake Road. This new 5' sidewalk will be placed within the City right-of-way of Riverchase Drive at the back of the curb. The time schedule for this work is to start immediately and complete as soon as possible, depending on the weather. I can assure you that those involved in this work have been informed that this is project is to be considered a priority. Thank you for your help and understanding concerning this matter.
