On or around June 28th. 1994. information was provided to you that showed thirty lots had been
released in the River Ridge Addition. The remaining lots were being held up because of
concerns about the maintenance of the adjacent TU easement. As of August 17th. 1994. all
issues concerning the River Ridge Addition have been resolved and there is no longer any reason
to withhold permits on any lots in the River Ridge Addition. Therefore. permits can be pulled
on any lots in the River Ridge Addition.
