Dear Mr. Griffin,
Per your request, enclosed please fin0 the following information:
1) Letter dated August 16, 1994 to you to inform you that there is a mutual
agreement between T.U. Services and Donald A. Berg that will correct the
maintenance problem through a change of ownership.
2) Letter dated July 25, 1994 that prompted the above mentioned mutual agreement.
3) Copy of Contract of Sale submitted to T.U. Services
4) Letter to you from Riverchase Owners Association agreeing to maintain the
subject property.
5) Letter to you from developer discussing schedule of work to be done on subject
property.
From our meeting on site, I believe that this is all you requested in order to release the
balance of the lots in this development for building permits. If this is the case, this
letter will serve as our written request that you notify the Building Permit Department
that these lots are accepted for permits and notify us in writing of the same. If you are
not satisfied with releasing this project, please inform us of what else is needed.
Thank you for your assistance to this point, and we ask that you do anything possible to
expedite the release of our development for building permits.
