Dear Mr. Griffin:
This letter is to inform you that Texas Utilities Services Inc., is in the process of resolving the
encroachment and drainage issue with Donald A. Berg, Inc., on the TU Electric property
adjacent to River Ridge Addition.
This will be resolved by TU Electric transferring ownership and maintenance responsibilities to
Donald A. Berg, Inc., on the portion of property encroached upon by fill material. TU Electric
will retain easement rights only on the subject property.
