Dear Mr. Griffin,
This letter will serve to notify you that we will hydromulch and/or sod the 15' of
slope along our western boundary that is being purchased from T.U. Electric
within ten (10) days after the purchase of this property. Included in our work will
be to reshape the slope and perform grading around the inlets and along T.U.
Electric land in order to control storm water runoff and erosion.
If you have any questions concerning the scope or scheduling of this work,
