Dear Russell:
As we have discussed, several existing fences are encroaching into the above referenced fight-of-way.
Please accept this letter as a formal request to deal with this situation by modifying the pavement
design adjacent to the fence, as shown on the enclosed prints. We propose to approach this as a field
change to be reflected on the "Record Drawings" filed subsequent to the completion of construction.
