Landscaping & Irrigation Plans/Screening Wall
Dear Mr. Travis:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide screening wall detail. This wall should be similar to what was
constructed across Riverchase Drive for the Eagle Point Village at Riverchase
Subdivision.
2. Note the location of 5 foot sidewalk along Riverchase Drive.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review. If you
