Retaining Wall on Existing Parallell to Coppell
This is to provide you information that we have no objection for the proposed timber
wall to protect the trees in the temporary drainage easement parallell to Coppell Road.
As per the attached letter by the design engineer, as long the wall does not pertrude
or extend on the existing road drain ditch for Coppell Road then there would be no
objection.
Additionally, any wall should not be built to obstruct any other drainage such as side
yard drainage on these lots along Coppell Road.

Dear Russell:
It has come to our attention that the developer of the above referenced project
desires to construct a retaining wall generally along his east property line
adjacent to the western road ditch for Coppell Road.
Please be advised that it is our belief that as long as the wall is located
near the top of the bank of the ditch such that the water carrying capacity of
the ditch is not meaningfully dimished, there should be no problem created by
this construction.
