Dear Ken:
Please be advised I have visually inspected the River Ridge
project in Coppell and I am aware of its impact on the adjacent
TU Electric right-of-way.
I have advised the developer no concrete structures will be
allowed on the right-of-way. Even though the impact of the fill
is greater than first indicated, the fill and its grade are the
most acceptable alternatives available to us at this site.
