Dear Mike,
Enclosed please find copy of the revision to the drainage and
grading plans for the referenced single family project an
Coppell. The plans were revised to show the location of the
fill along the TU Easement and to replace the flumes on the
easement with inlets.
I have discussed this with Larry Davis and the utility
contractor in the field. All agree that the proposed inlets
will be a better design.
We also met with Tim Brancheau of TU Electric to discuss the
placement of additional fill in their easement. He agreed to
allowing the extra fill in their easement at a 3:1 slope.
The owner will grass the slope after grading is complete.
