Landscaping & Irrigation Plans
Dear Mr. Travis:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide a title sheet showing the project name, index and the name of the
consultants preparing the plans.
2. Provide a plan sheet showing location of screening wall and dimensions.
3. Denote the size of water meter required for irrigation. Also, provide a rain
sensor.
4. All bores should be dry bores.
5. The location of screening wall in regards to intersecting streets should comply
with the City's Sight Visibility Ordinance.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review. If you
