Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Crannell:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:

J 1. On the plat provide a note stating that the landscape common areas will also be
used as drainage easements.
2. In reference to the water and sewer plan sheet, the following comments should be
addressed:
a) Denote that a 2" blow-off valve should be used.
b) The parenthesis used to denote inches in the general notes is not very clear;
please make necessary changes.
c) You show a sanitary sewer line labeled *Line 'E'* on the water and sewer
plan but you show a profile labeled *Line D*. It appears that the line on the
plan sheet has been mislabeled.
3. On the paving plans, provide center line stationing for all streets and alleys.
4. The street profile for Jennings Court is not shown.
5. Show how much runoff flow will be drained towards Riverchase Drive.
6. On the Erosion Control Plan sheet show haybales at the comers of the streets as
indicated on the plans (sheet 12).
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
