Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy
of the development fee calculations for River Ridge Addition.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $82,705.03 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee
assessment list. Please provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for this
project so the construction inspection fee can be verified.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verify payment of the required fees and assure a successful beginning of this project.

23, 1992 the following assessment is determined:
