Remarks: On this date, a representative of Fugro South, Inc. was present on the above mentioned project
to perform the following tests and observations as requested:
· Concrete - Monitored the placement of 230 cubic yards used on the slab on grade for Tennis Court Nos.
10 and 12.
· Grout - Cast one set of four concrete grout cylinders - 3" x 6" at multi-purpose building.
· Mortar - Cast one set of six mortar cubes at Area "D" - High School Expansion.
· Soils - Five densities and moisture test were performed on the parking lot area for tennis courts at east
side.
