Adjustment for Earned
Sandy Lake Road at Mo
Dear Mr.
The PM/E has reviewed the information submitted in your July 3, 1997, letter concerning the
suspension of work on the design of intersection improvements at Sandy Lake Road at Moore.
You have indicated that you have spent $58,000 to date on this intersection. Your last
approved Earned Value Report shows a total of $73,089o Therefore, the amount of effort for
Sandy Lake Road at Moore is 79.4% of the other three intersections. In other words, Sandy
Lake Road at Moore has been four times the effort of the other three intersections. The PM/E
would have expected the Sandy Lake Road at Moore to be between 40 - 50% of the overall
effort of the four intersections.
Please remember that fee adjustments are based off of the Earned Value Reports. Therefore,
the PM/E is asking that you give a percentage of each of the remaining tasks that would have
been for Sandy Lake Road at Moore. You may use a copy of the Earned Value Report as a
markup.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 747-6336 ext. 26.
Sincerely,
Project Manager
