REQUEST:
Two of the four anchor bolts that are located in area 'G' on column lines (GH,G10) cnuicI not I~e uMcad
per RFI # 111. When I~mainninq to drill Ills holes for the epoxy anchor bolts, the two anchor bolts I~at were to the
West of column line GH hit the reinforcir~ steel that was placed in the c~ncrete. They moved the holes over
to the Wast and drilled two mom holes and succeeded whibmut hittlr~j any rebar.
The new location for the Northwest anchor bolt is I 1/2' West of where it was orlcjinally i~lanad Der RF! # 111. This places the center of the bolt hole 2' away from the side of the c~ncrete bloct~ out.
The new location for the Southwest anchor bolt is 1 114' West and 1/8' South of the originally planned
location gar RFI # 111. This ;)laces the center of the hole 2 1/8' away fr~m the side of the c~ncrete
[=lock out.
The concrete blocd~ out for the base ola[e is not oerfac*Jy square. Please review the dimensions and
please confirm if the location of these anchor Dolt/am acceptable.
