Remarks: On this date, a representative of Fugro South, Inc. was present on the above mentioned project
to perform the following tests and observations as requested:
· Observed concrete placement of paving mud. Measured slump every 50 yards to maintain 5 inch
maximum slump, also cast 12 cylinders on 300 cubic yards of concrete placed today.
