Remarks: On this date, a representative of Fugro South, Inc. was present on the above mentioned project
to perform the following tests and observations as requested:
On-site fill material has a lot of roots and large pieces of trees, Tri Del dozer operator said he would get a
separator to remove it (material was not used as fill). Moisture/Density tests were taken approximately 6 feet
below grade in natural ground and had only a few roots. Fugro personnel will observe on-site fill to confirm
organics have been removed prior to use.
Note: Report revised to reflect correct project location and clarify remarks with respect to comments in original
report on fill material.
