RE: Walk-Through for Riverside Church of Christ
A water/sewer walk-thru was conducted at the above referenced
development this morning and the following items were found to be
deficient.
* There needs to be a locking hasp welded on the vault
lid.
* The sanitary sewer cleanout needs a cleanout shoe
casted in concrete over the top of it.
* Uncover the fire hydrant valve and repour the pad
around it.
* Mark the curb (W)for water meters,(V) for water valves
and (CO) for sewer cleanout.
* The valve for the fire vault should be raised and the
pad repoured.
Please ensure that these items are corrected prior to final
acceptance of this project.

Walk Through 2/17/95
The following deficiencies were noted during our above referenced
walk through. Please insure that the contractor receives a copy
of this punch list.
- ALL THREE(3) DRIVE APPROACHES NEED TO BE CLEANED AND SEALED
INCLUDING THE REDWOOD HEADERS
- NORTH OF SOUTH DRIVE - CURB NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED
- HEADWALLS NEED TO BE INCORPORATED AT THE RCP DISCHARGE AND
INLET ON BELT LINE RD. CURRENTLY SHOWING SIGNS OF EROSION.
IT WOULD BE OUR RECOMMENDATION TO INCORPORATE A CONNECTING
FLUME BETWEEN THE DISCHARGE AND THE WYE INLET.
Please let me know when a follow up walk through is needed.
