Re: Riverside Church of Christ Project
Dear Mr. Griffin:
The general contractor on the above-referenced construction project has informed
us that one of your Inspectors inquired about our plans for sidewalks fronting the Church
property along Beltline Road and Northlake Drive. As you are aware, this project is
located in an area that is primarily industrial. Additionally, the Church property fronts the
entire west side of Northlake Drive. Earlier this year we requested and received from the
City a waiver from the escrow requirement for future development of Beltline Road. At
this time we respectfully request a waiver from § 8 of the City's subdivision requirements
regarding the installation of sidewalks along Beltline Road and Northlake Drive. Thank
you for your assistance in this matter.
