Enclosed are revised drawings of the above referenced
project. Revisions to drawings reflect comments offered in
your letter dtd January 18, 1994. Following is an
explanation addressing each comment.
Item No. 1 - Sheet Ci:
1.a. Meters and vaults are shown to be located in
the easement/ROW along North Lake Drive.
Note 17, has been added in regard to meter

1.b. Proposed radius shown for driveway on Belt
Line Rd. has been changed to 20 feet.
1.c. Note 15, has been added addressing the
street cut permit.
1.d. All proposed driveway entrance radii have
been changed to 20 feet.

An Erosion Control Plan (temporary) has been
added to sheet C1 showing the recommended
location for an erosion control barrier and
identifying existing inlets to be protected from

design should provide for permanent erosion
control.
Item No. 3 - Sheet C3:
3.a. We do not anticipate any problems resulting
in rainfall intensities greater than the
storm inlet design. There should be
sufficient head to allow drainage to escape
from the building roof. Excess storm water
should overflow from storm inlet openings
into the street.
3.b. Pipe size for Line 2 has been added to the
profile.
3.c. Storm sewer bedding detail has been revised
to conform to the City of Coppell Standard
Detail.
Please review the enclosed plans for acceptance and approval
by the City or make additional comments as needed.
