Construction Plans
Dear Ms. Del Monte:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Address the following comments on Sheet C-l:
a. Locate all meters and vaults outside of walk and paving sections. Provide
easements where required.
b. Show proposed radius for driveway on Beltline Road.
c. Street cut permit will be required through Engineering Department.
d. The proposed drive at the southeast corner of the development has a radii
of 30 feet which is larger than the maximum permitted according to the
City's Subdivision Ordinance. Is this necessary? If so, a variance must be
requested.
2. Provide a temporary and permanent erosion control plan.
3. Address the following comments on Sheet C-3:
a. In regards to the proposed roof drain connection into storm drain inlet, do
you suspect there could be a drainage problem with the roof drain when a
rainfall intensity higher than the five year design of the storm inlet occurs.
b. Show the pipe size in the profile for Line No. 2.
c. Use the City's Standard Detail for the storm sewer bedding.
