Enclosed herewith please find the existing utility drawings developed for the above
referenced project. IBARRN Consulting Engineers, Inc. (IBARRA) created the enclosed
mapping drawings from topographical field survey of the area and existing utility drawings
provided by City of Coppell.
Please, review the enclosed drawings for accuracy and completeness, as well as, correct
any incorrectly shown locations and/or features of City of Coppell's utility/facilities. In
addition, incorporate any missing information, including, but not limited to, information for
utilities/facilities in existence, those proposed and/or in planning phase.
