AFTER P & Z
1. The minimum width of easements dedicated to the City must be 20'.
2. The proposed water easement for the fire hydrant adjacent to Belt Line Road must not contain
any private improvements (i.e. monument sign, light pole).
3. The proposed water easement on the north side needs to be eliminated since the proposed fire
line will be private.
