NOTICE TO PROCEED
Dear Mr. Sclmurbusch:
We are pleased to inform you that the Project Schedule developed under the Limited Notice to
Proceed for Engineering Services on CMAQ Project 10 (Coppell) has been approved. You are
hereby directed to commence with all work required for this Contract, effective Monday, July 22,
1996. In addition to the Basic Services, you shall provide Contract Special Services to include
Environmental Assessment, Traffic Data Collection and Field Survey to complete the Project.
We look forward to this being a successful Project, one that will significantly benefit the citizens
of Dallas County.
