It is my understanding that the City of Coppell is currently working on roadway plans for a
section of MacArthur Road just north of its intersection with Beltline Road and that these
plans show the city's preference concerning lane configuration and median geomaric
conditions within this section. It is also my understanding that you have received my
facsimile which illustrates the differing lane configuration and media geometric conditions
as reflected in our previously submitte~d and approved schematic. Further, it is also my
understanding that a marked drawing. precisely expressing the City's desires, will be
Forwarded to me by Tuesday. Match 3i. 1998. so that re-submittal process may be
expedited.
