Your finn was directed on June 20, 1997 to suspend all work at the subject location. This intersection
improvement is now deleted from your scope of services.
At this time, you are directed to identify the amount of the Total Maximum Fee associated to the
remaining design effort for the subject intersection. Please identify this fee as it relates to affected tasks
listed on your latest Design Progress Report. Provide your fee adjustment proposal to this office, on the
form provided, no later than the close of business March 23, 1998.
