~. DENTON CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
~-... At Parent Loop and Service Drive:
. 'L:' - 1. At parent loop and service drive the Knox Box is unlocked and open.
~" 2. At parent loop and service drive the clean-out in the service drive need to have excess

~, %~/ 3, At the intersection of the bus loop drive and the north/south street, the handicap ramp is too

4. Framin8 material left inside inlet box in 3 inlets on the north/south road.
5. General Note: All inlets shall be cleaned and all debris removed from them.
6. Concrete curb cracked and brokenat the southwest corner of fire lane and north/south street.
Saw cut, remove and replace,
7. A major crack in the north/south street located 3 saw cuts north of the fire lane. This crack
shall be filled with hot pourted rubber (per specs) and monitored.
8. Per the City of Coppell requirements, a sidewalk need to be installed from the fire lane and
north/south street to the Hwy 121 bypass and along Hwy-~-~ bypass the length of the '
~ property, including, handicap ramps in brick pavers. (Note; ~e adjacent subdivision entrance
~ for go-by.
9. Concrete curb located 2 saw cuts south of the intersection of fire lane and north/south road is
' broken. Saw cut, remove and replace.
~" 10. The fire lane pavement located 6 ~w cuts west of sidewalk is damaged at rear of elementarly
school between doors and football field. Saw cut and remove damaged section, dowel
existing paving and replace.
"~i 11. Existing flumes from bus loop to street are blocked and need to be regraded.

, ~ ,.;. 12. The concrete curb located in the last parking stall near the stop sign is broken. Saw cut,

13. The concrete curb located along west side of exit is broken, scraped and damaged in several
r places. The area needs to be saw cut, removed and replaced.
~ 14. Stand pipe located along Natches Trace Blvd needs to bP. painted and pipe bollards installed.

15. General Contract needs to check with Garth Campbell at the City of Coppell for a City of

16. All inlets need to be free of debris, including concrete, rocks, and framing materials.
17. See City of Coppell Standard Details for handicap ramp requirements.
18. Concrete curb return at bus loop is broken and cracked. Saw cut, remove and replace.
19. All sloping headwalfs are not per City of Coppell Standard Details on Sheets SE)14, 14A, 14B
and 14C. Toe walls, broken rip-rap and conrete apron are missing.
20. Meter vaults located in front of elementary school are tilted in wrong direction. Should be

Middle School: 22. Sidewalk located at parent loop exit and handicap ramp is broken. Replace

24. Final grading is needed around transformer pad.
25. Remove temporary elet,-trk; service meter, temporary pole and bracing. If blank meter is active,
disconnect IMMEDIATELY.
26. Patching of fire lane located 4 saw cuts east of bus loop is unacceptable. Saw cut, remove,
dowel into existing concrete and replace.
27. Pavement located at bus loop and fire lane has reinforcin8 showin8.
28. Construction debris needs to be removed from all inlets. Immediately attend to this problem at
at the service drive.
29. General note: All middle school area needs final gradintK and clean-up. Additional grading
needed around dock area to sewer.
