Construction Plan Approval
Dear Robert:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition. These plans
meet our current minimum standards. All contractors and subcontractors must have a copy of
the plans approved by the City of Coppell onsite.
Inspection fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City assesses a
2% inspection fee for all private construction onsite outside the building's footprint. This would
include dirt work, erosion control, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, storm sewer
pipes, etc. that are private. For all public installations, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee.
Please provide a copy of the contract for verification of calculations. If you have any questions,
