Dear Mr. Doyle:
Per your Handwritten Memorandum dated 5/15/89 we offer the
following comments.
During the DRC process I requested the applicant to document any
revisions made to the plat/plans since the city last saw this
plat/plans come through the DRC process as a preliminary and or
final. As a result, the letter dated May 3, 1989 from Teague
Nall& Perkins, Inc. was sent to your office.
Our office has no documentation to provide you regarding any
field changes that were approved since we were not involved in
the construction process at that time. We suggest possibly that
the Public Works Department may have something on file related to
this.
I do not understand your question regarding the floodplain
certificate. Please advise.
