The PM/E has received and consolidated all comments from TxDOT, City of Coppell, and this
office pertaining to Project 10. A copy of this letter will be faxed to you and an electronic copy
of the comments will be E-mailed to you today.
Enter your responses on the electronic copy and return a hard and electronic copy to this
office no later than August 14, 2000. If you feel that some review comments need further
discussion, notify this office immediately upon receipt. Paper copies of the plan sheets must
be submitted for verification before printing and sealing the mylars. The verification plan set
can be submitted after approval of the dispositioned comments.
