RE: New Water Heater Required at Middle School West Concession Stand
The Environmental Health division is requiring the installation of a hot water heater to
provide warm water to the concession stand building at Middle School West. The
Leisure Services Department has forwarded this item to me for compliance.
Attached is the quote from Apex Plumbing in the amount of $977.00 for this
improvement. To provide electrical power to the hot water heater will be an additional
$250.00, for a total of $1,227.00.
This improvement was not a budgeted item, but because it is a code violation per
Environmental Health, authorization is needed to proceed with this request. Please let me
know what account number/fund to use.
