Commission on April 20, 1995.

DISCUSSION:
This past May, the Planning and Zoning Commission denied the Final Plat on this parcel
because the applicant was not ready to proceed with the project. The purpose of this Final Plat
is to provide an official record for the present ownership of 51.8 acres of property on Wrangler
Drive. The approval of this Plat will not only bring the property up to current regulatory
standards, but also permit the Coppell Independent School District to build future additions to
its existing campus.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this final plat subject to the Roadway Impact Fees being paid.
