Please explain why the preliminary plat has been brought forward. 2. Wrangler Drive is shown as a C4U on the Thoroughfare Plan. Iherefore. 5 additional feet of right-of-way should be dedicated to bring the total right-of-way to 70 feet. 3. Easements should be provided for the meter vaults along Wrangler Drive and along the east side of the plat. 4. Your location map is oriented different than your plat. Therefore. you should include a north arrow inside your location map and reorientate the existing north 90 degrees so it's correct. Developer Information Comments: 1.
