I Just wanted to take a ~oment to thank you for the recent activities
that exhibit how our organizations can work toEether toward co~on goals
for the City of Coppell and its citizens,
First was the successful initial meeting with my staff and Rick Foster
and Vonita ~nite of your staff, regardin$ traininE and facilities uae.
We got off to a great start, and it appears smae excellent ~utual
training efforts and CISD facilities use v ill result.
Another even~ vas the coo~dination be~een you~ staff and the City's
Project Personnel on the Denton Tap Road Const~ction P~o~ect. ~e
efforts of these folks and the fact t~t GTE vas able to l~er thei~
lines on the veekend~ helps keep that pro~ect on track and inc~venience
is kept to a mint~l fo= your perso~el and contractor at the ney High
School const~ction site. ~is vas a E~eat start for the needed
coordination on future vo~k across you~ access =oad to Denton Tap Road.
It's Ereat to be a part of these useful productive vo~ki~ rela~ion-
ships.
