RE: Substantial Letter of Completion of Storm Drainage
Coppell High School
Dear Tom:
On March 23, 1988, L.D. Conaster's representative and myself
conducted an inspection walk-through of the storTM drainage
installed for your High School project. As of date, all punch
list items have been satisfied. Ail underground piping, inlet
and box culverts have been constructed to City standards.
This letter should no way be misconstrued as an acceptance letter.
I am writing this letter in cooperation with the MUD District
and their bonding institution.
As soon as the paving, water and sanitary, sewer have been
installed and inspected, the City will conduct a formal
walk-through for acceptance. At that time, as-builts and 1
year maintenance bonds wii1 need to be provided~the,~City.
Thank y~ou,
Steven M. Morton '~
