weather at the project site.
Outstandinq Items:

Status of Sitework Concrete~
Contract work remains unfinished. Mike Elmore
(SHWC) stated contractor ~ill need another five
(5) weeks to finish. Spaw-Glass will go ahead
with site utility work after which the sitework
contractor will finish grade his areas.
Item # 2
Gas Line Installation:
School district has issued' check to gas company.
Spaw-Glass· requested to SHWC that a gas company
rep call Les Ande=son to d~scuss a specific start
date and duration time that will coordinate with
other Spaw-Glass activities.

Temporary Electrical Proble~ls:

Acme stated problems will be resolved no later
than January 14, 1988.
Storm Sewer Line Site: P
Proposal request, has been issued by SHWC to
Spaw-Glass. Spaw-Glass to have price back to SHWC
by January 20, 1988.

Easement Area Requirements:
Mechanical sub will need 357 of the 40' easement,
which will not allow enough room for electrical
requirements. SHWC to resolve and advise.
City of Coppell Request of Approved Drawings:
City will not allow site"6tility sub to start work
until east side street has been officially
approved. City has requested approved drawings
from Engineer office. Action to SHWC.
Tay-Mech Project Manager
The new project manager for Tay-Mech will be
Mr. A1 Dunlap.
Status of Spaw-Glass Schedule:
Schedule will be sent to all subs by January 20,
1988.
Status of Alternates No. 3, 4, and 5:
Mike Elmore (SHWC) and Mickey Harper (Coppell
I.S.D.) both stated that as soon as the decision
is made by the school board, Spaw-Glass will be
notified of the decision.
