Offsite Drainage Improvements
Dear George:
This letter is to confirm with you our phone conversation
yesterday, October 15, 1987, regarding the adjustment to the
alignment of the 60-inch storm drain under construction north
of the school's property (through Univest's property).
As I discussed with you yesterday, we are going to shift the
end of the 60-inch storm drain eastward 10 feet to avoid
conflicts with the existing san[tary sewer manhole and 21-inch
sewer line. This adjustment was reviewed and approved by
Steve Morton of the City of Coppell at the site this morning.
Therefore, construction of this new alignment will begin
Monday, October 19. Once this line has been constructed, we
will have as-builts done and a revised easement description
will be prepared for your review and subsequent execution by
Univest.
If you have any questions concerning this new alignment,
please call our office immediately so that any concerns that
you may have can be addressed.
