Final construction drawings for the water, sewer, paving, and other civil
engineering items have been submitted to Wayne Ginn's office for review.
The eight (8) sets of prints of Sheets 2.3 - 2.6, and 2.15 - 2.39 were
transmitted to Randy Fleming at Ginn, Inc. on August 17, 1987. It is our
understanding that these plans will be forwarded to your office after they
have been reviewed by your consulting engineer.
Please contact our office at your earliest convenience so that we may pick
up the final stamped drawings. It is our understanding that five (5) sets
of the drawings will be required by the City of Coppell and consulting engi-
neer, and that the remaining three (3) sets will be available for our use.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact
