Dear Mr. Young:
The PM/E has received the 2"d Exhibit "A" review from TxDOT. A copy of their review
comments is attached for your review and disposition. A copy of this letter and comments will
be E-Mailed to you today. Attached, you will find a hard copy of the "CMAQ Project 10
Railroad Exhibit A" comments document.
Disposition these comments, by indicating an action and/or response for each comment.
Enter your responses on the electronic copy and return a hard and electronic copy to this
office no later than April 11, 2000. If you feel that some review comments need further
discussion, notify this office immediately upon receipt. After all comments have been resolved
and dispositioned, preparation of the Final Railroad Exhibit A plans can be initiated.
