RE: Walk Through - Town Center Elementary
Street personnel pertbrmed a walk through at the above referenced project. Below is a list of
items that are deficient:
1. N Driveway - Random seal crack from saw cut at north end. South end of drive -
Take saw joint out to existing saw cut.
2. Middle Driveway - Concrete curb needs to be patched (also puddles).
3. South Driveway - Chipped and cracked concrete at driveway approach to street.
4. All driveways need sealed or resealed.
5. South Driveway - Carry out saw cut into curb, second saw cut from the south.
6. Random seal crack at S. driveway in the center line area.
7. Crack sidewalk south on middle drive, repair.
8. Y inlet at N.W. corner of school property needs new lid (right size) remove board,
grout floor. Flume to y inlet is cracked in several places.
9. Standing water N.W. of School between transtbrmers.
10. Y inlet S. of school standing full of water 6" to 8" from top.
