Alan has requested that I initiate the procedure and program in order that the three
questions on the attached memorandum can be resolved and staff's recommendations
turned into his office. These recommendations will be presented to City Council
at the next City Council meeting where the Coppell High School project is to be
proposed.
I need to contact Wayne Ginn, his representative, Taryon Bowman, Steve Morton
and Shohree Danishmand.
