Box 619087 Dallas, TX 75261 RE: Coppell Elementary #8, Town Center Heartz Road Site Dear Mr. Elmore: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. The 20' sanitary sewer easement shown on Sheet 2.6 doesn't match what is shown on the plat. 2. Starting on Sheet 2.6, the true north arrow for the key plan shown in the right margin is shown incorrectly. Please verify and correct each sheet. 3. Referring to the on-site and off-site drainage area map on Sheet 2.8, provide a clear delination of the drainage areas. 4. Delete the existing manhole and 8" stubout as indicated on Sheet 2.9 of the sanitary sewer plans. 5. Correct the spelling mistakes indicated on the note boxes on Sheet 2.10. 6. Provide water meter details as per City of Coppell Standard Construction Details. 7. A set of the City's Standard Construction Details must be present on the job site. A full size an be purchased for $50.00 and a half size for $15.00 through the City's Engineering Department. 8. The City's Standard Details should be used when applicable i.e., typical pavement section, typical integral curb detail, concrete sidewalk roll-down curb, transverse expansion joint, typical construction joint. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
